The particular rules will govern and control the conduct of that competition.

| 4. | Participating in a competition |
|
| 4.1 | Hot Competitions.com website facilitates the operation of online multimedia competition(s). |
| 4.2 | All entries must only depict the original performance or work (e.g., photography) of the participant. Any entry which is at the sole opinion of Hot Competitions.com is deemed inappropriate (e.g., defamatory or depicts nudity, violence or inappropriate acts, not suitable for competition(s), etc.) or which otherwise violates these overall rules, particular rules, the participant will be removed from competition and their multimedia file will be disqualified. |
| 4.3 Participation fee |
| A participation fee will be asked to be paid before your multimedia file will be placed as a contestant in one of our competitions. Participation fee may vary according to the specific competition, form of payment and / or location of participant. Hot competitions reserves the right to change the participation fee. Hot competitions.com reserves the right to allow free participation. |
| 4.4 Payment of Participation fee |
| Participation fee may be paid by Credit Card, Pay Pal |
| 4.5 | For the avoidance of doubt the participation fee for a disqualified file will not be returned to user. |
| 4.6 | Subjected to the abovementioned a user may publish a number of multimedia files in the same Competition(s) provided the participation fee will be paid for each multimedia file separately. |
| 4.7 Voting |
| In a competition, users who have confirmed registration status with the site will have the opportunity to cast votes in the affirmative for each multimedia file they feel is entertaining or otherwise best meets the selection criteria, if any, in the Competition(s) rules. The general voting will end on the date specified on the Competition Info page. On or approximately on the same date, the site will sum-up the number of eligible votes received and contact the winner(s) as regard to the prize shortly after that date. |
| 4.8 Winning |
| Hot Competitions.com will count the votes received for each qualifying multimedia file. The multimedia File(s) that received the largest sum of votes will be declared the winner(s).
Winners will be notified by email and must respond within 30 days of transmission. If Hot Competitions.com does not receive response in the time period, the winner(s) may be disqualified. |
| 4.9 Eligibility to receive prizes |
| Users who attained the age of adulthood in their state and/or country, or are emancipated minors, or possess legal parental or guardian consent and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this agreement are eligible to receive prizes. |
| 4.10 Prizes |
| Hot Competitions.com will announce the percentage of income dedicated for prizes. Unless otherwise provided 50% of the income from each competition will be dedicated to prize(s).Hot Competitions.com reserves the right to add a second place winner to share in the 50%, this will be listed on info page before the competition begins. |
| 4.11 Transfer of Prize to Winners |
| The transfer of prizes to winners will be conducted by the clearing company (Pal-Pal) and /or any other similar company in accordance with the means of payment used by the user. |
| 4.12 Copyrights |
| You hereby declare that you retain full ownership of the copyright and other intellectual Property rights of the multimedia file submitted by you to the site, known as Hot Competitions.com. You hereby grant Hot Competitions.com a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, world wide license to use, publicly display, distribute, sublicense, modify and otherwise fully exploit any multimedia file that you submit to Hot Competitions.com. Hot Competitions.com may do any or all of the foregoing for any purpose necessary or relating to the site and/or Hot Competitions.com services, products or advertising. Any multimedia file that you submit is deemed as non-confidential, and Hot Competitions.com shall be under no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information, in whatever form, contained in the multimedia file . You shall be solely responsible for the Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. In connection with the Content you affirm that 1. You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Hot Competitions.com to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights attributable to the multimedia file and to any and all content to enable inclusion and use of the content in the manner contemplated by the site and this agreement; and 2. You have the written consent, release, and /or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the content to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and the use of the content in the manner contemplated by the site and this agreement. Hot Competitions.com has the right at its sole discretion to refuse to post content protected by intellectual property rights held by third parties. You agree that Hot Competitions.com is not responsible for any violations of any intellectual property rights in any content that you submit to Hot Competitions.com you understand that by using these services your Content will be publicly available to others and that Hot Competitions.com has no obligation to prevent the unauthorized copying, dissemination, alteration or other use of your Content by others. |

In no event shall Hot Competitions.com its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (1) errors, mistakes or inaccuracies of content, (2) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from access to and use of the site (3) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure sever and/or any and all personal information and /or financial information stored therein, (4) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or through the site, (5) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or alike, which may be transmitted to or from the site by any third party, and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the site, whether based on warranty contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.
